Annika was a trailblazer in the sport’s fitness revolution, earning a reputation during her playing days as one of the hardest workers both on the course and in the gym. Today, this passion is incorporated into Foundation initiatives. She stresses both the physical and mental benefits of regular exercise to achieve top performance on the golf course and in everyday life.


Healthy eating has always been a focal point for Annika. Because it’s so important to her, each Foundation event features healthy menus designed to prepare players for optimal performance. From media training to college recruiting Q & As, the Foundation regularly incorporates subject-matter experts into our “More Than Golf” seminars. Our goal is to help competitors become more than just great golfers – we want to develop well-rounded citizens. Encouraging personal development is at the heart of all we do.
