Founder
Following her Hall of Fame career that included 89 worldwide wins and 10 majors, Annika started the ANNIKA Foundation in 2007 with the goal of developing women’s golf around the world and encouraging children to lead healthy, active lifestyles. Annika is actively involved in every aspect of the Foundation today and personally attends each of the events that we host.
MIKE MCGEE
A native of East Palestine, Ohio, Mike was an All-Conference baseball player for the University of Mount Union. He graduated in 1997 with a degree in Sport Management with an emphasis in Marketing, and a minor in Psychology. Mike joined ANNIKA from International Golf Partners, a Sports Management firm where he was Vice President and directed the management of 20-plus players on the PGA TOUR and Web.com Tour. Mike is the Managing Director for the ANNIKA brand as well as the Interim President of the ANNIKA Foundation.
ROB OHNO
President and CEO
Originally from Minnesota, Rob studied Economics at Harvard University and got his MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He played professional ice hockey in Germany before working in consulting at Cambridge Associates and brand management at General Mills. Rob moved into the golf industry with the American Golf Corporation overseeing Sales and Marketing initiatives, and then worked at the PGA TOUR in leadership roles in Corporate Marketing, Global Business Development and the International Tours conducted in Latin America, Canada and China. Rob joined as President and CEO of the ANNIKA Foundation in 2023.
TAYLOR BRITTON
Director of Marketing and Events
Born and raised in Spring Lake, New Jersey, Taylor studied at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island and graduated with a Psychology degree and a minor in Spanish. Shortly after graduation, she began interning at Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment in New York City. Taylor moved to Orlando and started with the ANNIKA Foundation as Marketing and Event Coordinator in 2017. In 2023, she was named Director of Marketing and Events and currently oversees marketing initiatives that further the mission and brand of the Foundation and handles all domestic and international event operations.

CRYSTAL DAVIS
Executive Assistant
Originally from South Carolina, Crystal began her career in the golf industry by working at a private golf course in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Upon moving to Florida, she studied Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida Rosen College Of Hospitality Management. Crystal started with the ANNIKA brand of businesses in 2013 and is the Executive Assistant to Annika and Mike McGee.
